As our 2025 season comes to a close, LIMBA is encouraging ALL registered players/parents to fill out one
COACH EVALUATION SURVEY per player regarding their experience this season. One survey can be filled out for each team you were a part of. Information obtained will be used to provide positive acknowledgements or improvements to our program.
