Mosquito #3 "A" Finalists
Submitted By Mike Thompson on Monday, August 14, 2017
The Lucan Ilderton #3 Mosquito HL team competed in the double knock out year end tournament this past weekend.  The team started strong on Friday Night with a win despite the rain and thunder delays.

On Saturday they played 2 back to back games, first game was a win but the second game was a loss to North London in a close battle. The team came ready to fight for the championship on Sunday, and they fought hard with 3 back to back games to make it to the final. North London won by 2 runs in a close  back and forth game.We want to send a note to congratulate all our kids on a terrific tournament and an amazing season with a  12-3-1 record. A special thank you to all the parents, grand parents and siblings who supported all season and especially the 7 hour day on Sunday. We had a great group of kids, some who have never played baseball before this season. We played as a team every game this season and always supported each other. They should all the be proud of themselves. Thank you for a great season. Coach Nicole and Coach Keith
