General Information (Lucan-Ilderton Baseball)

Registration for the 2019 Baseball season for most LIMBA teams will open on January 1, 2019 (registration for certain Rep teams may occur in the fall of 2018). Registrations must be received by end of day February 28, 2019. Registrations received after February 28th will be handled on a best-efforts basis. We will make every attempt to place all ball players on a team.

We anticipate needing to cap certain age groups this year (potentially Junior Rookie and Rookieball) and as such registration priority will be given to those who live within the Lucan-Ilderton Minor Baseball boundaries up to the end of February.  If spaces remain after February 28 those will be open to residents outside of our boundary.  If you live outside of our boundary you may complete the registration form to hold a place on the waitlist and you will be notified in the beginning of March if space remains (payment can be completed at this time to move from waitlist to registered).

Registrations will be accepted online only. The registration link can be found under the Registration tab on the main page. 

Note: You will be directed to PayPal when you submit the form - you do NOT need a PayPal account in order to pay via PayPal - just a valid credit card. Payment is required in order to complete the registration.

Players withdrawing from the program before April 30th will be charged an administration fee of $25 to cover LIMBA costs. Players withdrawing between May 1st and June 15th will be refunded 50% of registration paid. After June 15th no refunds will be processed.  Please note that the registration fees for particular Rep teams will be 100% non-refundable.
